Ingredients:

• 600 mL milk
• 1 Up & Go (banana) – $1.02
• 1 Instant pudding – $1.91
• 1 Lunch yoghurt – $0.00
• ½ pack Scotch Fingers – $1.85
• 2 tbsp butter – $0.00
• 1 Caramello single (or 2) – $1.67
• Bananas – $0.00

Equipment:

• 4 rice cups
• 2 large containers

Tip:

Place Scotch Fingers into a large container and use a peanut butter jar (lid part) to crush the biscuits.

Method:

1. In a large container, pour the instant pudding and slowly add the cold Up & Go and milk until fully combined. Place into the fridge.
2. Crush ½ pack of Scotch fingers, add butter and microwave for 10 seconds. Mix well and place into four clear rice containers.
3. Squeeze the Caramello single evenly over the biscuit mixture and microwave for another 10 seconds, until the Caramello has melted. Let it cool.
4. Slice bananas on top of the Caramello and biscuit mix.
5. Pour the set pudding mixture on top.
6. Optional: Add caramel sauce as garnish.
