Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 600 ml cream
- 2 x cans condensed milk
- Strawberry topping
Instructions:
- Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
- Pour the cream into a bowl and gently whisk until firm but not set.
- Pour 2 cans of condensed milk into a bowl.
- Mix 3 egg yolks with the condensed milk and gently whisk.
- Mix 6 egg whites together to make a meringue-like texture, but not fully set.
- Mix the condensed milk with the cream by gently folding it through.
- Fold through all the ingredients together and mix well.
- Grab a 2-litre ice cream container (or another type of container) and pour the mixture in a little at a time while mixing the strawberry topping in.
- When the container is filled, add more topping and freeze for 24 hours.
