Fried Rice

By

Damien

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack oriental fried rice
  • 1 tin champignons
  • 1 can spam (either variety)
  • 2 Mi Goreng noodles (add more
    if you have more people)
  • 1 stir fry mixed vegetables
  • 1 tin capsicum
  • Margarine
  • Seasoning
  • Optional Sauces including Soy

Method:

  1. First, part-cook the oriental fried rice, adding noodles toward the end, and set aside for the moment.
  2. Next, dice the spam, slice the champignons and add mixed vegetables. If you have any sort of hotplate like a Breville, cook until the spam is lightly crisped.
  3. In a plastic tub, add mixture to water and margarine then add rice and noodles together with seasoning and sauces. Bring to boil, stir regularly and keep cooking until water has been soaked up but not so much that the mixture is dry.
